Northern Rockies council reviews governance procedures

Governance and administrative procedures were on the agenda as Northern Rockies council reviewed updates related to municipal operations during Monday’s regular meeting.

At Monday’s regular council meeting, municipal officials considered administrative and procedural reports concerning local governance regulations and the protocols that guide public office.

The review comes as the municipality continues to focus on transparency, accountability and maintaining consistent standards in its day-to-day operations.

These procedures help establish a framework for municipal administration and support the work of council as it carries out its responsibilities to residents across the Northern Rockies.
