CultureFest 2026 bringing the world to Fort Nelson this October

Fort Nelson residents will have a chance to celebrate the community’s cultural diversity at CultureFest next month.

CultureFest 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 10, from noon to 3 p.m. at the Fort Nelson Recreation Centre.

The event will bring residents together for an afternoon celebrating cultures, traditions and community, with plenty of opportunities to learn something new and connect with neighbours.

Organizers are also looking for volunteers to help make the event happen.

Whether it’s lending a hand before the doors open, helping out during the festivities or pitching in behind the scenes, community members can sign up to volunteer through the event’s online registration form.

CultureFest is scheduled to run from noon to 3 p.m. at the recreation centre on Oct. 10.

Anyone looking for more information can contact organizers at culturefest@fncls.com or 250-850-5616.
